Please read these terms carefully before booking our mobile tyre fitting, roadside tyre replacement or emergency call-out services.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, contact us, make a booking, request a quote or use any services provided by Mobile TyrePop 247. By booking our service, you agree to the terms set out below.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means Mobile TyrePop 247.
“Customer”, “You”, “Your” means the person booking or receiving the service.
“Services” means mobile tyre fitting, tyre replacement, emergency call-outs, roadside tyre help and related services.
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, online form or direct message. All bookings are subject to availability, tyre stock, location, weather, traffic and safe working conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or rearrange a booking if the vehicle is in an unsafe location, the working area is not suitable, or the information provided is incorrect.
You are responsible for providing the correct tyre size, vehicle details, postcode and contact information. If incorrect information is provided and the tyre cannot be fitted, additional charges may apply.
The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal and accessible location. The vehicle should be on stable ground where our technician can safely carry out the work.
Payment is due once the service has been completed, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card and secure mobile payment methods where available.
Mobile TyrePop 247 is not VAT registered. Prices quoted are not VAT-inclusive and no VAT invoice will be issued unless this changes in the future.
Once a call-out has been booked and a technician has been dispatched, the call-out fee becomes non-refundable. If you cancel after dispatch, you may still be charged the full call-out fee.
If we arrive and the job cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unsafe conditions, damaged wheels or another issue outside our control, the call-out fee may still apply.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are not normally issued once a tyre has been fitted, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
If a tyre has been ordered specially for you, including branded or non-stock tyres, we may be unable to refund the cost once the tyre has been purchased from a supplier.
Please check your tyre size carefully before booking. Your tyre size is usually written on the sidewall of your tyre, for example 225/45/R17.
If you provide the wrong tyre size or incorrect vehicle details and the tyre cannot be fitted, you may be charged for the call-out, re-stocking, supplier charges or additional travel.
If your wheel, rim, locking wheel nut, hub, studs or related parts are damaged, seized or unsafe, we may not be able to complete the fitting.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, seized parts, damaged locking wheel nuts, cracked wheels or mechanical issues unrelated to the tyre fitting service.
Branded tyres and special order tyres may be sourced from third-party suppliers. Once ordered, these tyres may not be returnable, especially outside normal supplier operating hours.
If you request a specific tyre brand, size, load rating or speed rating, we will do our best to source it, but availability is not guaranteed.
New tyres are normally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover punctures, road hazards, kerb damage, misuse, incorrect pressure, wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused after fitting.
Any suspected faulty tyre must be inspected and may need to be confirmed by the manufacturer or supplier before any replacement or refund is considered.
Emergency tyre call-outs may carry additional charges depending on location, time of day, tyre size, availability and urgency.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, but arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, supplier delays, demand or circumstances outside our control.
We take care when carrying out all services, but our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for delays, loss of earnings, missed appointments, vehicle recovery costs or other indirect losses.
We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing vehicle faults, damaged wheels, incorrect customer information, unsafe vehicle condition or parts unrelated to the tyre fitting service.
We collect basic information such as your name, phone number, location, vehicle details and tyre size so we can provide quotes, bookings and customer support.
Your personal information will only be used for service-related purposes and will not be sold to third parties.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through the relevant courts of England and Wales.
